Job Description
Job Summary:
Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for internal development and third party systems. Determine impacts to Bank's Loan Origination System based on projects’ scope and requirements discussions. This position acts as an individual contributor in a team environment and involves knowledge and understanding of key business principles and system testing skills.
This is an intermediate role that works under moderate guidance and has no formal leadership responsibility for a team at this time.
Essential Job Duties:
1. 1. Consults with team senior or manager to design and document User Acceptance test plans covering schedule, resources and test coverage.
2. 2. Coordinates resources and testing schedules to meet defined test plans within project timelines.
3. 3. Provides project teams with regularly scheduled testing status updates, clearly indicating progress, known risks, and items for escalation to management.
4. 4. Serves as a liaison between software engineering, third party vendor, and user groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during user testing.
5. 5. Writes and executes test cases for internal and third party systems.
6. 6. Monitors internal and third party ticketing systems for application and functionality issues assigned to the team.
7. 7. Troubleshoots and resolves or escalates to vendors all support tickets assigned to the team while providing clear communication of status and resolution to the user reporting the issue.
8. 8. Maintains records for audit purposes of all system configuration changes.
9. 9. Coordinates and communicates system changes to all teams.

11. 11. Performs additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry and at least 2 years of experience with project work and systems testing.
• Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office suite and proprietary software products used in support of the business
• Strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and self-prioritize workload to meet deadlines as an individual and in a team environment
• Proactively addresses issues and identifies solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
