Description
Prudential is seeking an Associate Manager to join the Prudential Advisors Marketing & Leads team based in Newark, NJ to support cross-business referral programs: PruPassages, Group, CVC (Customer Value Center) and Retirement Referral Programs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, versatility and strong collaboration across business units and corporate centers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated ability to drive multi-faceted projects to successful completion with limited oversight.
Responsibilities:
• Extensive interaction with internal business partners (Group Insurance, Customer Value Center, Retirement and the Customer Office) to support overall organizational goals and drive results
• Program management for PruPassages and the Group Referral Program including establishing processes, determining eligibility criteria and accountability standards, managing field office communications, defining measurements and tracking and addressing any potential compliance/risk issues
• Partner with the ClientLink technology team (Sales Force) on management of the leads distribution platform, operations and lead volumes for PruPassages and the Group Referral Program
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness of program measurement, reporting and processes for the cross-business referral programs
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports to field management and the Group Insurance contact center containing lead stats for PruPassages and the Group Referral Program
• Creation and distribution of monthly sales reports to senior leadership for PruPassages and the Group Referral Program
• Conduct on-going training for Group Insurance Customer Service Professionals located in Dresher, PA and financial professionals
• Conduct compliance checks on financial professionals participating in PruPassages and the Group Referral Program
• Support the Group Insurance Service Delivery Organization in partnership processes intended to generate referrals for PruPassages
• Manage and report customer complaints and survey results (employer and individual) for PruPassages and the Group Referral Program
• Coordinate and prepare senior leadership presentations
• Research and respond to field inquiries on all aspects of the cross-business referral programs
• Become adept with ClientLink to support financial professionals and field management
• Attend team and business meetings and prepare minutes
• Active participation in various projects and ad hoc assignments as requested
• Maintain day to day internal contact providing tactical support to internal and external business partners
Qualifications
• Experience/knowledge of Group Insurance business desired
• Ability to work independently and in groups with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated project or process management skills with ability to facilitate project workflow
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across functional teams with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and to easily adapt to changes in priorities to meet marketplace and business needs
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Sales Force a plus
