Job Description

As a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Mobility Services practice, you work with a team that has extensive experience helping multinational organizations manage the process of deploying an international workforce from start to finish, including complex tax, planning, administrative and strategic aspects. Whatever the mission, sharing knowledge, implementing management processes, expanding business into new territories, our team helps provide the fuel for global growth.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field provided all of the minimum requirements are met for CPA licensure per respective state regulations
Certification(s) Required: Global Professional in Human Resources or Global Remuneration Professional
or successful completion of one of the following exams: CPA, Enrolled Agent or the Bar, prior to promotion to Manager
Knowledge Preferred:
Considerable knowledge of individual tax planning for employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process.
Working knowledge of managing international assignee populations of multi-national clients.
Knowledge of professional service environments and leveraging a worldwide network to best service your clients.
Skills Preferred:
Proficient technical skills in individual tax compliance, tax planning and expatriate tax program policy and administration design.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
