Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator provides direct support and assistance to the Operational Leadership. This position interacts daily with the onsite operations and support departments. Tasks include: internal scope of support assistance, client systems access, reporting and analytics, attendance documentation, and scheduling changes as required. The incumbent provides key departmental leadership in supporting communications, time management, organization, performance, and reporting. The Operations Coordinator must work on days where we have the least TL coverage. Operations Coordinator’s scheduled days off must fall between Tuesday to Thursday. – Scheduled days off are assigned by Manager
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes administrative tasks for the Team Leader group; including payroll reconciliation and Kronos approvals
• Help assist with IT escalations
• Tracking attendance
• Tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Site Lead.
• Monitor programs adherence real-time and take actions as necessary to improve adherence. RTA
• Create and gather information for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of financial
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Knowledge:
High School or equivalent
Experience/Skill:
• Data reconciliation experience
• Experience with Mac, Microsoft Office and TotalView IEX
• Refined communication skills
• Excellent computer, reasoning, and logic skills
