Job Description
The Wire Transfer Operator II processes and records a variety of domestic wire transfer transactions for various originations systems, as well as incoming wire transfers from other Financial Institutions. The job resolves transaction problems by communicating directly with internal personnel, stores, and Customers to ensure correct handling of issues
Job Requirements
•Processes and records a wide variety of domestic wire transfer transactions for our Customers according to applicable Company policies and procedures, ensuring quality Customer service.
•Identifies recurring problems and issues and makes recommendations for possible procedure changes.
•Researches and analyzes issues related to Customer accounts as needed.
•Acts as an experienced resource for the team and provides training and coaching to less experienced team members.
•Resolves transaction problems by communicating directly with internal personnel, stores, and peers to ensure correct handling of issues.
•Reviews wire requests.
•Resolves transaction problems.
Hours
8:00am -5:00pm
