Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in our New York City office location. We are a growing nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm. We are ranked the 22nd largest accounting firm in the US with over 900 partners and staff and 11 offices.
This position reports the Director of Learning and Development and is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of the firm’s training courses by delivering a curriculum that is aligned with Citrin Cooperman’s strategic and cultural goals.
The Learning & Development Coordinator provides support to the day-to-day and ongoing operations, maintenance, and administration of Citrin Cooperman’s learning management system (LMS), virtual classroom and learning events.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain current workflow and learning management systems in tracking, storing, and communicating with data, course information and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, including information related to course enrollment, completion and CPE credits.
• Coordinate necessary course pre-registrations, registrations, payments, participant and instructor evaluations, course information, files and records.
• Responsible for planning and delivery of CPE instructor-led courses and events including all written communication in course-specific announcements, event planning, materials management, onsite logistics (i.e.: classroom set ups, meal selections and program flow) and post-course evaluations
• Coordinate internal CPE webinars on various topics including set up, content review and delivery
• Serves as a liaison to the staff when answering verbal and written inquiries regarding CPE requirements and compliance.
• Create surveys, analyze and report on course evaluations and transfer of learning surveys to demonstrate ROI.
• Prepare periodic statistics, analysis and reporting on CPE compliance
• Coordinate other data management processes and perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Skills Necessary
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in learning management systems (CE Manager preferred)
• Knowledge of webinar development and delivery (Go To Webinar preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented in planning events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects effectively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint)
