Responsibilities:
As a Talent Attraction Program Lead you will lead the design and implementation of programs and practices to drive our talent acquisition strategy.
This Includes:
• Direct recruitment practices to provide an exceptional digital experience for stakeholders.
• Manage efforts to attract passive candidates through activation of our employment brand that communicates who we are in all we do
• Design and manage a strong campus recruiting program that produces a pipeline of talent for critical, hard-to-fill positions.
• Direct an innovative sourcing program to find the talent we need to meet business needs.
• Oversee and develop a broad network of external relationships with vendors and candidate sourcing organizations.
• Develop and track key metrics to measure, monitor, and manage our talent acquisition processes and increase our value to the business.
• Lead and develop a team of recruitment partners that will drive best-in-class strategy for Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the areas of Human Resources, IO psychology, business management or related education. Master degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related work experience, or equivalent.
• Required skills include:
◦ Program design
◦ Project management
◦ Passive sourcing management
◦ Relationship management.
◦ Must be able to think critically, influence others, have intellectual curiosity, analytical and problem-solving abilities and be comfortable using data to make decisions.
◦ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
◦ working understanding of digital technology solutions used to promote the organization's brand.
◦ Must have formal leadership experience.
• In addition to the technical skills, the ideal candidate will also reflect strengths in the following competencies:
◦ Make Sound Business Decisions: Within this role, you will need to develop and present a compelling big-picture case for the talent acquisition strategic functions within the organization, while also possessing the ability (and interest) to drill down to specific actions that illustrate how they will achieve those goals. This include analyzing metrics associated with the recruiting process to drive change and improvement where needed.
◦ Lead/Cultivate Talent: You will be leading a team who values the role of a leader. We are seeking an individual who has a proven ability to connect with their teams and help them understand how their role fits in to the larger strategic initiatives of the organization. (Prior formal leadership is critical)
◦ Build Strong Partnerships: Driving change in the talent acquisition function requires ongoing communication and a strong alignment with business partners. We require someone who is able to grasp the business drivers within the individual business areas and can effectively translate those needs in to recruiting strategies. This individual needs to have the skills to gain trust and credibility for themselves and their team.
◦ Get Results: At the end of the day we have a lot to deliver on! This individual needs to be motivated and driven to drive some very exciting initiatives.
