Description
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to;
• Position has responsibility for daily branch operations, including sales coaching and management of non-exempt personnel.
• Reviews work schedules and ensures adequate coverage.
• Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures prepares branch for internal audits.
• Monitors branch service levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels.
• Responds to more complex customer complaints an questions.
• Opens and/or closes branch.
• Communicates and manages promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The Branch Customer Service Manager position requires;
• 2+ years related banking, including supervisory and customer service experience. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification).
• Knowledge of the banking industry, processes, procedures, regulations and products.
• Knowledge of lending process and procedures.
• Strong customer service, relationships building, sales and management skills.
• Ability to handle various client concerns and problems.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of computer programs, ie Microsoft Office and other company systems.
• High School diploma or GED
