This full-time position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, strong negotiator, rigorous attention to detail, a commitment to teamwork, and high personal standards for customer service. The Project Manager role will be report directly to the Senior Manager, Head of Global Projects Office.
Responsibilities include real estate project management, project administration, support project budget and financial tracking, workplace strategy analytics and implementation, occupancy & capacity management, financial and project reporting, facilities management and other adhoc projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting in simultaneous management of interior fit-out project teams in various countries and global time zones.
• Candidate will also on occasion manage smaller projects and project pre-planning activities (i.e., manage consultants for test fits, building due diligence, etc.) directly.
• Project work ranges from small renovations to full office fit-outs and office relocations.
• Review architectural, MEP, structural drawings for all assigned real estate projects.
• Manage internal procurement policies pertaining to project administration (including purchase order requisitions, change orders, and invoicing) in Nasdaq’s P2P system.
• Maintain all project documentation.
• Assist in developing scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers, Project team, and internal partners such as IT and Security to define requirements and drive internal approvals.
• Coordinate with internal Nasdaq business stakeholders to support and execute project deliverables.
• Proactively manage project-related issues.
• Act as central point of contact, build internal relationships and partner with business to manage and satisfy a variety of real estate needs.
• Ensure seamless, consistent communication and follow-up with Facilities and Project stakeholders.
Skills:
• 3-5 years project management experience (real estate and/or construction)
• Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
• Demonstrate understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls and elements of real estate legal documents
• Demonstrate understanding of Project procurement processes
• Experience solving complex problems through data analytics
• Operational support and administration experience
• Design and creativity
• Curious mind and prepared to challenge the norm
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Attention to detail
• Strict adherence to document control and organization
• Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
