Work with Sr Director, Rewards and HR Operations along with his/her team, to develop, implement and administer global rewards policies and programs. Administration of global compensation programs that support business objectives, through analytical and professional support of key processes. Will act as lead point of contact with HR and management on compensation and benefits matters. Lead and support global compensation and benefit programs including analysis, development, design, communication and implementation. Will consult and lead on various rewards initiatives such as base compensation planning and administration, benchmarking, pay analysis, and incentive and merit planning and administration.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market and trend analysis compensation programs (including base, incentive, variable and equity) through market research and salary survey input and analysis on an ongoing basis. Perform forecasting and modeling as needed. Stay abreast of compliance requirements; assist with formulation of recommendations to administer programs in a compliant manner.
• Partner with recruiters, HR business partners, management, and Senior Leadership providing market total compensation analysis and recommendations. Consult to ensure internal equity and consistency in the compensation program.
• Lead and assist with design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation & benefit programs and policies that ensure client is able to attract and retain the best talent while also being compliant with all Federal and state laws.
• Preparation of employee compensation & benefit communications presentation and managerial guides for the implementation of the global rewards programs.
• Manage global recognition programs
• Ability to learn complexities of business quickly in order to serve customer’s effectively.
• Provide support for the annual bonus plan roll-out and salary merit, promotion and adjustment increase processes.
• Assure through audits, reports and personal contact that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Proactively identifies issues and recommends actions to address.
• Preparation of monthly invoices and semi-monthly 401(k) and flexible spending accounts
• Make recommendations to improve compensation processes and workflow to increase department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in other special projects as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years of full cycle Compensation experience (including bench marking, salary analysis, communication development, salary management, performance management, and program administration).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• North American benefits (US & Canada) experience is required.
SKILLS
• Advanced Excel expertise with a willingness to work hands on in the detail as well as in the analysis. Ability to create, organize and manipulate large sets of data in complex Excel spreadsheets. Strong working knowledge of MS office software products. Familiarity with HRIS applications (Workday) desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have good interpersonal and client facing skills with HR Business Partners, Managers, and Senior Leadership. Comfortable partnering and communications with all levels within organization. Incumbent will have regular interactions with Senior Leadership and Executive Team.
• Strong detail orientation required.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player and self-starter. Take personal initiative as well as develop strong working relationships
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee and company information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
