We’re currently looking for Client Finance Manager of Support. This is a virtual role open to all US locations What this job involves You will partner with the Corporate Solutions Client Finance (CSCF) Leadership Team and the Regional Director of Corporate Solutions Client Finance Product Line Support to provide best practice solutions and support to new or existing Corporate Solutions assignments. You will provide support to dedicated account based Client Finance teams including ensuring a strong foundation of internal controls and JLL best practices. This may include managing and providing direction across the Client Finance function. Collaborate with dedicated account teams and the CSCF Leadership Team to support and optimize all key JLL Client Finance processes Implement CSCF best practices by providing advice and counsel to dedicated account teams to;
Ensure JLL internal control processes and standards are functioning properly.
Ensure Client Finance accounting and reporting cycles are completed successfully, efficiently and timely in-accordance with JLL and client KPI objectives
Deliver best in class training and provide on-site/virtual support during an assignment, as needed. This includes establishing communication paths with the appropriate support teams (i.e. Regional Client Finance, Corporate Finance, Client Accounting Services and Treasury Management, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver changes needed to optimize, correct and transform Client Finance processes. Provide interim managerial support as needed (i.e. vacancy back-fill or trouble-shooting).
Contribute to the Growth of the Company by:
Supporting Client Finance corporate objectives that drive improvement and innovation, as assigned
Maintaining a continual understanding of current JLL CSCF best practices, data flows and service delivery applications. Sound like you?
To apply you need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA preferred.
A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
Experience in JLL CSCF account finance, support (preferred) , demonstrated high proficiency in financial and operational applications .
Demonstrates consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Flexibility with working hours and overnight travel is required on an as needed basis
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Customer service orientation and strong presentation skills to internal and external parties Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage/track time and workload to meet client needs
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities at a variety of clients and assignments
