The Facility Coordinator is a centralized resource supporting the national Facility Management teams and client in meeting strategic business objectives and key performance indicators. The Facility Coordinator will be expected to provide superior client service while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. The role is client facing and the Facility Coordinator must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual facility management services including site access, conference room management, and supply ordering/management.
• Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests
• Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
• Support planning routines, facility operations and associated reporting and data collection to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
• Provide direction/information to visitors, client, and facilities staff to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
• Perform additional job duties, as requested
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and SharePoint)
• Must be detail oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to assume new projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
• Strong team player with the ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly, in a fast paced environment
• High degree of innovation and independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision
