The Core Deposit Program Strategic Alignment role will review program scope, schedule, deliverables and design to ensure alignment with the Core Business Transformation Program (core deposit system replacement) and all other enterprise projects with scope, timeline or customer experiences dependencies with it.
Major Responsibilities:
The Core Deposit Program Strategic Alignment Lead works closely with technology and business program leads aligning other programs with interim and long term strategy to enable a less complex environment positioned to scale for future business growth. Ensure operational execution of daily responsibilities for the following functional areas: Review project scope, schedule, deliverables and design to ensure alignment with strategy. Lead cross-project workshops to align and plan across multiple project dependencies. (Time) Track and escalate/resolve any strategic alignment gaps. (Scope & Design) Special focus on transformation program initiatives Contribute to design and operating model of Big Data Initiatives Contribute to the core banking transformation scope and implementation approach. Contribute to the Legacy Core Deposit Platform interim strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years related technology experience with significant people management responsibilities. Detailed-oriented Planner Core deposit banking technologies and operation experience. Hands on experience in creating and maintaining complex WBS. Experience working on cross business and technology data programs. Ability to track and drive tasks to ensure on-time completion. Excellent communication skills Attention to Details. Ability to translate complex technical designs and terminologies into simplified business language. Ability to sift through noise to identify key actionable points. Ability to break down complex requirements into meaningful, structured and actionable parts. Ability to identify potential issues and risks in advance and alert management accordingly. Ability to handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong background in systems development (Managed a team with both operational and project responsibilities). Has a strong understanding of control systems and relevant technologies and how they interact with each other. Has strong management, organizational and evaluative process skills. Can analyze complex organizational and technical issues related to technology and identifies opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal partners and external vendors. Has experience with IT infrastructure, IT application technologies and frameworks. Experience in emerging technologies. Experience in highly distributed complex business and technology environments.
