The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns across Paid Search channels; managing the campaigns to optimize for best ROI (make sure the recommendation line up with our strategy; creating testing plans, updating and changing plans based on different needs, in partnership with our product organization, and working with the Digital Marketing team adding to the overall digital marketing strategy.
The successful candidate, as a core member of the digital team and must be versed in campaign analytics, desktop & mobile marketing, and must be able to manage a stable of creative, production and technical agencies and internal resources. S/he will be a multi tasker who will work across the Product and Marketing organization managing to strict timelines and executing them effectively.

Major Responsibilities:
• Own and coordinate site content and testing in partnership with internal and agency partners.
• Manage and maintain Paid Search marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of latest Paid Search marketing methods including optimization for mobile search, RLSA and other search engine marketing tactics.
• Oversee ROI management. Own budgets and manage targets on a weekly/monthly basis
• Partner with product and brand team to create compelling content and solutions for our products.
• Adherence to all bank compliance reporting requirements and other regulator and compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree and 3+ years of previous relevant digital marketing work experience required.
• Must have extensive knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem – specifically Paid Search.
• Keen eye for details and data with a strong desire to test and learn.
• Strong web and business analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects at the same time.
• Good natured individual – flexible and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
