The Vice President of Prospect Site Experience will be part of the Digital Marketing team which is comprised of dynamic strategic thinkers and proven executors. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer banking site with specific focus on building new personal lending products. You will collaborate with the Business Marketing Strategists, Information Technology group, as well as agency and other strategic partners to create a world-class lending solution.
Major Responsibilities:
Prospect Site User Experience
• Work with the team to establish a consistent experience and voice across the unionbank.com website and act as lead for personal lending products.
• With a user-first mindset, understand the needs, wants and challenges of our digital audiences and work with the personal lending line of business to deliver digital solutions that create compelling user experiences.
• Develop strategic test and learn roadmap that delivers continuous improvement.
Customer Communication Strategy
• Lead strategy of Customer Marketing Communication for personal lending.
• Develop a multi-touch point distribution program to effectively deliver customer marketing and messaging.
• Work seamlessly and leverage other organizations to implement strategy (Social Media, Email, etc.).
Web Analytics
• Bring web analytical vigor with the objective of driving an enhanced customer experience to drive traffic to the personal lending product via unionbank.com.
• Bring a focus on testing, research, and long-term planning for the website.
• Establish both ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to ensure the website is constantly being updated to meet the needs of personal lending users while consistently growing it’s capability as a revenue source.
Qualifications
• Previous experience developing strategic delivery of a large and multifaceted website with e-commerce as a main focus
• Experience building and motivating a team of digital production resources, including developers, designers, and content editors, in a client service setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience
• MBA degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills required
• Strong knowledge of the web and mobile site development processes, technologies and standards, as well as creative and marketing strategies and processes
• Ability to interact with partners at all levels in Marketing, Compliance, Product Management, and technology, as well as agency and vendor partners
• Understanding of digital marketing principles including conversion optimization, cross- and upsell, audience segmentation, and A/B testing preferred
