OVERVIEW
The intern will learn our customer service approach while engaging in on the job improvement activities while receiving coaching and mentoring. Through the exposure gained from the position, an intern will develop relationships with senior employees and clients and improve her or his skills and competency sets that are relevant and valuable to future career decisions and development.
All of our internships offer excellent opportunities to develop an understanding of the service related business lines within Jones Lang LaSalle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works closely with the management team to learn the fundamentals of property management and proactive client service.
• Responsible for executing and improving the proactive inspection program, which is a key element of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Learns the basics of working with service contractors, Jones Lang LaSalle customer service systems, and financial processes including reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Have regular meetings with Jones Lang LaSalle senior management
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university
• Interest in Real Estate
• Strong client service experience
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Prefer a rising junior or senior in college
• MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT)
