We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our client team in Mountain View, CA supporting a technology client across the United States. This role will report into the Client Relationship Manager on the account and have accountability for Facilities Management, Sourcing, Finance and Energy Management/Sustainability.
Responsibilities
• Recognized as an influential leader amongst clients, peers, and direct reports
• Owns the day to day relationship with key stakeholders ensuring strong client engagement
• Demonstrates the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Drives the enterprise wide FM Green & Sustainability operation plan
• Manages enterprise wide cost savings program, Opex, and Capex planning and reporting
• Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional areas, business strategies, and company goals
• Leads 10 reports and their facility support team to a world class reference and drives high engagement and succession plans
• Introduces innovative concepts and supports implementation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10 years facility management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Experience in managing multi-site portfolios
• Superior customer relations and client relationship management and follow-up skills
• Experience with managing multiple vendors and capital improvement projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of real estate, facilities and/or construction-related terminology
