Summer Internship Program Experience
Santander Bank’s Summer Internship Program provides participants with a meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. Program Dates
The Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time program which runs from June 4 – August 24, 2018.
Job Description
Junior Quality Assurance Analyst assists senior analyst and Quality Assurance Manager in quality assurance review of audits performed by Internal Audit as well as quality assurance report preparation and other ad hoc reporting and presentation.
Duties:
• Review audits conducted by Internal Audit to ensure that the audits were conducted in compliance with the Audit Manual and the overall quality of the audits met regulatory expectations
• Prepare quality assurance-related reports or presentation under the supervision of Quality Assurance Manager

Applicant Requirements
• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.
