Position Goals:
Provide credit risk assessment support.
Direct Management Received:
Under the general direction of the Manager, Credit Department.
Direct Management Exercised:
None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish basic skills and developing complex skills required to complete the following tasks:
1. Complete accurate, unbiased credit analyses according to standards:
• Spread and analyze financial data.
• Credit risk assessment and analysis for credit requests, renewals, and reviews.
2. Complete interim risk monitoring:
• Spread and review of financial data.
• Complete trend reports for borrowing base certificates.
• Complete covenant monitoring.
• Report concerns to management and relationship managers.
• Farm visit monitoring.
• Floor plan monitoring.
• Construction inspection monitoring.
3. Order and review appraisals and environmental assessments, and complete real estate evaluations.
4. Complete land development loan and problem loan updates.
5. Complete compliance, and assigned training and development.
6. Attend and participate in loan committees as requested.
7. Attend and participate in department and policy meetings as requested.
8. Establish and maintain good working relationships with Relationship Managers.
9. Attend sales calls with Relationship Managers as requested.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - Bachelor’s degree (or completion within current semester) or equivalent in accounting, finance or business.
Experience - Up to two (2) years of related analytical experience.
