Profile Summary:
The HR Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for proactively networking, sourcing and recruiting a diverse slate of candidates to meet the hiring needs of the business and culture of the company. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. This role maintains a visible profile in the market with prospective candidates and industry networks.
Profile Description:
Sourcing Specialists specific responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. Work closely with primary recruiter.
Responsibilities Include:
• Effectively support production/volume recruiting needs (call centers, operations, etc.)
• Use social media networks, job boards, company database, as well as attend career fairs / networking events to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Create effective pipeline of candidates by:
◦ Review online / in person resumes to pre-screen candidates
◦ Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
◦ Obtain referrals from internal and external networks and employees
◦ Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate tracking of data in regards to prospects, candidates, and job requisitions according to TA established processes using Workday.
• Facilitate candidates through recruiting process, which includes sending pre-assessment evaluations and tracking results.
• Provide reporting on recruiting metrics as required.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of sourcing / recruiting success in an Agency environment.
• Experience in a high energy, high volume recruiting environment with the ability to respond to changing markets.
• Experience using sourcing tools and technologies include job boards, Social Media, ATS, etc.
• Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong service orientation with business driven mindset, sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement. Team player.
