The Recruiting Administrator will perform a range of administrative and clerical assignments supporting talent acquisition. Executes requests in support of clients including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Communities of Excellence. Will conduct employment verifications and schedule drug testing and fingerprinting for employment candidates. She/he will accurately enter employee information and/or data changes into HR information systems. She/he will be responsible for ensuring that proper documentation is collected, validated and input to the I9 systems. Duties may also include:
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates
• Preparing offer letters
• Onboarding new employees
• Validating credentials for I9s
• Monitor workflows to ensure assignments are executed in a timely manner
• Interaction with junior and senior level recruiters
• Providing subject matter expertise in the full cycle of recruitment administration; scheduling interviews, preparing offers and onboarding
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism. Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment, while meeting deadlines. Ability to adapt to change as it occurs in numerous areas within HR. Aptitude to manage large call/email volume. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism/ Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft. HR Degree with 1-2 years of HR experience highly preferred.
