Responsibilities
• Support the Sales Enablement team in overall sales enablement and customer relationship management (CRM) processes including research, presentation, and preparation;
• Test and/or vet new technologies and applications to support sales enablement;
• Create and scrub prospect lists;
• Work with SRMs regarding Acquisition onboarding efforts and data imports to our CRM system;
• Assist with our Producer Subsidy Program (PSP);
• Implementation, training and support of our technology tools and resources;
• Administrator for all tools & resources including activation of new accounts, licenses and troubleshooting;
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals;
• Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed.
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with sales operations (and CRM preferred);
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience with training or presenting;
• Professional, credible and detail oriented with a sense of urgency;
• Be a persistent, creative problem solver;
• Competent and comfortable with technology;
• Excellent phone skills and customer-oriented;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to take initiative;
• Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, administration, operations or marketing support;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products – including Dynamics CRM
