Job Description
The Financial Services industry is operating in a challenging environment due to global economic pressure, increasing regulatory demands and capital requirements as well as significant operational and technology changes. Our growing Financial Services Advisory practice provides management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions around the world respond to their most complex business challenges.
The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance.
PwC works with human capital clients from the technical issues, through the organizational issues that shape the structure and strategy of HR, to CEO sponsored initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the organization as a whole. We help clients achieve the business objectives of:

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 year with a preference for at least 1 year of Workday experience
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Organizational Behavior, Information Systems or related areas.
Certification(s) Preferred: Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and/or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Workday Services functional certification and/or engagement manager certification
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success in roles assisting large employers with improving the performance of their HR organization. This includes improving the delivery of HR services, implementing HR technologies, aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes, transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting the business units.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates some proven success and abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
-System application implementations, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following HR technological product suites: Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP;
-Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality;
-Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
