Description

Moss Adams is a fast moving, forward thinking organization and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our top-notch team. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Experienced Hire Recruiting Team in the recruitment of experienced client service and administrative professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Schedules interviews (phone and in-office), creates interview itineraries, facilitates travel, and coordinates de-brief meetings with interview team
• Posts position descriptions to selected job boards and career sites as appropriate
• Monitors applicant tracking system and provides candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met
• Prepares correspondence and manages paperwork to candidates during the recruiting process
• Facilitates and monitors candidate background check status
• Performs ad hoc research and assists with various projects
• Assists with reviewing resumes for experienced and administrative applicants
• Schedules, coordinates and assists with planning efforts for various meetings, programs and events
• Attends various recruiting meetings - related to experienced and administrative hiring as requested
• Other responsibilities as assigned, including sourcing candidates for defined needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred; Taleo experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client(internal and external) service oriented
• Creative and persistent problem solver
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
