Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for an Experienced Field Property Adjuster in North Baltimore, MD!

What you will do:
• Research and respond to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
• Review customer satisfaction results; participates in determining necessary personal and business unit action plans
• Use of Xactimate in conjunction with a Bluetooth Disto Laser measuring tool
• Notify insured of exposure over the policy limit
• Prepare damage estimate for complex claims
• Inspect and estimate water damage, hail damage, or smoke and fire damage in a dwelling
• Investigate, review, determine and verify complex coverage/policy information
• Provide coverage explanation to customer
• Assist in file reviews and make recommendations to refer files to Home Office for escalation

Job Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 - 10 years of prior claims handling experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Xactimate strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Has and maintains all appropriate licenses and registrations for the role per state requirements
