Responsibilities:
• Participate in month end close, including preparation of journal entries and setting up various projects in the financial system.
• Assist with month billing.
• Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with SAB 106 and ASC 606 guidelines.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial decks for regional business line.
• Maintain Accounts Receivables and other Balance Sheet accounts providing monthly commentary for unresolved items.
• Ad hoc requests as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications/Key Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance related role.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (e.g. Debits & Credits, Balance Sheet, Income Statement) including technical skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to:

◦ Work independently and meet deadlines.
◦ Communicate effectively across all levels.
◦ Be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
◦ Work with confidential/sensitive information.
◦ Work overtime if needed.
• Must be a self-starter and proactive with a desire to learn and ask questions.
