Job Title Manager – Energy and Sustainability Services
Job Summary
Accountable for on-site energy audits and opportunity assessments for current or potential clients. Provide guidance on energy efficiency projects to clients and facility management teams.
Job Responsibilities
Energy Strategy
Develop/execute energy management strategy
Implement programs to reach objectives
On-site Audits
Conduct ASHRAE level 1 and 2 energy audits
Energy Analysis
Manage energy benchmarking process, including ENERGY STAR
Analyze energy consumption to identify savings opportunities
Energy Conservation Measures
Manage process for identifying and prioritizing energy conservation measures, including capital investment
Evaluate financial viability of projects for budgeting and approval
Reporting
Provide clear and concise reporting to client(s) on all energy conservation efforts
Provide easy-to-understand presentations of findings and recommendations
Collaboration
Collaborate with other JLL energy managers to share best practices, develop case studies and develop new business opportunities
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/training
BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
MS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
Years of relevant experience 5-7+
Skills and knowledge
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems Smart building technology knowledge
Other abilities
Strong communications
Presentation skills
Project management skills
