The Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading successful implementations for Fiserv’s Enterprise Content Management solutions titled TCM/SCO. These implementations are for new clients and existing clients. The analyst engages directly with the client to from the project kickoff through go-live.
In this role you will work in a fast paced position which requires flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. You must have the ability listen and understand the client’s business problems and be able to identify opportunities to allow our clients to meet their business objectives.
As part of the implementation process the Implementation Analyst will utilize business analysis techniques, tools, and common templates.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Build and utilize a thorough knowledge base of the TCM/SCO product suite, including product interfaces.
• Understand the project scope including Fiserv responsibilities and the client responsibilities for the implementation.
• Know when to escalate requests outside of the scope or specified responsibilities to the appropriate management resources.
• Promptly communicate progress and any potential problems to project manager for awareness and/or resolution
• Have a clear understanding of project milestones and delivery dates.
• Provide the client with thorough overviews, workshops and knowledge of the TCM/SCO applications. This includes training of the client’s internal training department (train-the-trainer) on product functionality.
• Support the client through user acceptance testing, mock implementations, go-live and post go-live including tracking and ensuring correction of any defects found.
• Conduct internal and external demonstrations of the products.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field or 3 years of equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a technical customer support or software implementations role highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of back office functions in the financial services industry. This should include, but not limited to, bank operations for the item processing of check payments, image capture (such as branch capture products), and knowledge of cash letters and the overall life cycle of a check.
• Knowledge of the Check 21 legislation is a plus.
• Experience in checking documents/image payments flow and image related products is a plus.
• Knowledge of FISERV products and systems is a major plus.
• Database experience (IBM DB2)
Travel Required:
• Up to 30% Travel
