Responsibilities
Recruiting Responsibilities
•Drive the recruiting and staffing processes to achieve our talent acquisition objectives and hire superior talent within the Risk Advisory practice at DHG, and support as needed other hiring needs within DHG.
•Define, develop and implement, in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, the best approaches to drive our talent acquisition strategy through marketing to and sourcing our internal talent pool and utilizing optimal sourcing networks for external candidates.
•Support building and developing employer branding to further our talent acquisition strategies
•Assist with Training to ensure that our internal customers and hiring managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to attract, select and hire top talent for the open roles in their offices
•Work closely with your Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand the current and future talent needs to adapt processes to better support the organization and the needs of the local managers and HR groups
•Continuously gather voice of customer from internal and external customers to ensure that systems and processes support talent management philosophy, support employment brand, and deliver an intuitive experience for the user.
•Participate in the development of Best Practices for Talent Acquisition
•Participate in the development of core talent acquisition metrics and standard reports for consistent measurement across the firm.
•Support your Practices in finding alternative sourcing methods for difficult to fill positions.
•Desire to expand background with future opportunities at DHG
HR Responsibilities - 10%
•Support re-recruitment and retention efforts in the market
•Participate in separation process (including, but not limited to, counseling-out discussions, exit interviews and ensure completion of appropriate separation paperwork)
•Support the performance enhancement process by being a resource for employees and partners
•Work with HR Manager to counsel with partners and staff on personnel policies and procedures (including, but not limited to, leaves of absence, disability leave and flexible work arrangements)
•Ensure proper handling of situations to maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws to reduce liability. Forward general policy inquiries to HR Solutions Center for resolution.
•Send benefits inquiries to HR Solutions Center for resolution
•Ensure quality, accuracy and authorization for payroll status changes throughout the year
