Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with clients, managers and partners to provide the following types of services:
• Manage staff that is focused on providing loan servicing and compliance of federal and state New Markets Tax Credits and other programs.
• Assist in the development of service offerings that are directed to EB-5 investors and sponsors.
• Work to oversee the further development of data bases that uses collected data to provide useful data for clients including metric formation, benchmarking and identification of anomalies.
• Assistance with the development of tailored asset management reports to be used by clients for them to effectively manage their portfolios.
• Perform a qualitative review of reports before being distributed to clients.
• Review of Reports of Projected and Stabilized Economic Impact Assessments for Social Impact Funders.
• Develop formal materials to be used for staff training. Provide technical support to asset management staff.
• General consulting to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
• Other duties as assigned including review and supervision of selected staff.
• Assist the Partners in review of reports and provide quality control.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Accounting, Finance and/or Degree in Public Affairs, Finance, Urban Planning.
• Ten (10) plus years of experience with the New Market Tax Credit program, community development, economic impact and/or financial analysis and resource identification.
• Demonstrated analytical, organization, exceptional interpersonal skills, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
• Willingness to travel on an as needed basis.
