Financial Analyst IV
The Financial Analyst IV position acts as the main client service contact for Clearing and Custody clients, while performing complex data analysis, providing management reporting, and working on various projects.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance/Accounting Preferred)
• 6+ Years of financial services and/or operations experience
The Purpose of Your Role
The billing unit within Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS) business group supports relationship management teams, client service teams, pricing and sales teams, and various product teams. Candidates are responsible for timely and accurate billing of clients and statements, complex contract setup in multiple finance applications, with a client service focus.
The Financial Analyst IV is responsible for producing standard financial reports and other documents and analysis that support the overall Finance function within FCCS, as well as training and checking the quality and accuracy of less experienced team members.

• Proven history of leading within your group as an individual contributor while also being a point of contact, or Subject Matter Expert, for business partners
• Your solid knowledge of financial tools (Excel, Access, Business Objects).
• Excellent written and oral communication, particularly when discussing complex issues
The Value You Deliver
• Accurately complete setups, reviews, and processes pertaining to billing FCCS client activity
• Support client inquiries regarding their statement and resolve client issues in a timely manner putting the client first.
• Identify and deliver process enhancements for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all activities
• Provide root cause analysis and insights into issue resolutions
• Work with business and technology partners to resolve complex issues
• Proactively lead & manage various projects/initiatives
• Maintain and update procedure documentation

FCCS billing is responsible for the accurate flow of billions of dollars of monies annually flowing to/from Fidelity to its institutional clients within National Financial (NFS) and Institutional Wealth Services (IWS) including $2.5B in revenue to Fidelity.
