Overview of the Role
This position works under general direction to initiate and/or lead marketing programs, initiatives, promotions and to coordinate the distribution and utilization of marketing communication materials and programs/campaigns among client facing staff to support company’s North America distribution marketing efforts. This position primarily works with the Advisor Relationship Management team on marketing project initiatives. The Advisor Relationship Management team focuses on getting products placed on investment platforms at home office partners including but not limited to broker dealers, wires, and financial institutions. This position works to promote products and programs to advisors through home office partnerships. This position also works to align home office opportunities with the advisor sales distribution team. Assists manager with special projects, and supports sales team in a proactive, professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Works directly with the Advisor Relationship Management(ARM) team and acts as marketing liaison and project manager with sales team members
• Prepares, revises and maintains marketing materials in support of the Advisor Relationship Management team, and NRA Offshore Sales,, including but not limited to email communications, corporate and product updates, sales presentations, sponsorships, events, and marketing collateral
• Effectively organizes and manages projects and requests from sales team
• Works with various internal groups to manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Facilitates project management through use of corporate workflow (JTRAC) and repository (Microsoft SharePoint) programs
• Captures and measures results of marketing tactics and works to create effective marketing campaigns and materials
• Interacts effectively with all internal business partners, including but not limited to Compliance, Design, Sales, Legal, etc.
• Works in partnership with Channel Marketing, Intermediary Sales,, and Product Management teams to ensure content and best practices are used for marketing efforts
• Manages sponsorship marketing needs and client meetings as assigned
• Partners with sales business partners on marketing collateral content and ideas
• Proactively enhances own knowledge of investment industry and asset management business, intermediary business and sales processes as well as products offered

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
• Experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry required
• Bachelor’s degree required

Working Environment/Physical Activities
• Overtime may be required on short notice and may include weekend, evening, holiday hours
