A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects
• Assemble and coordinate the personnel, scope, and facilities for project meetings including distribution of materials and providing support
• Constantly monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
• 10 years’ management experience in real estate appraisal, bank or finance lending, mortgage company experience; collateral risk background a plus
• Exceptional customer service, communication and writing skills
• Read, write and maintain operational reports and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Manage Quality Control projects for Valuations
• Assemble and coordinate the personnel, scope, and facilities for project meetings including distribution of materials and providing support
• Track project deliverables
• Oversee Managers who are responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
• Constantly monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed
• Maintain compliance with State and Industry regulations including Appraisal Independence
• Evaluate and assess results
• Provide direction and support to senior management staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 10 years’ management experience in real estate appraisal, bank or finance lending, mortgage company experience; collateral risk background a plus
• College Degree Preferred
• Prior management experience in Valuations with knowledge of standard Valuation practices and procedures including:
◦ USPAP- Role may require the taking and passing of USPAP training
◦ BPO Standards & Guidelines
• Knowledge of Valuations office processes, procedures, and technology
• Exceptional customer service, communication and writing skills
• Read, write and maintain operational reports and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
