Summary
The TM Administrative Associate is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Treasury Management Advisory department. The incumbent works closely with the TM Advisory team by completing the administrative tasks associated with onboarding new customers and maintaining existing customers on Web Express. These requests will come from TM Advisors, TM Sales Associates and Commercial Banking Associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports administration of customer’s Web Express platforms by preparing documents to add accounts and users.
• Coordinates Web Express maintenance requests between the sales teams and operations teams and ensures that the requests are complete in a timely manner.
• Assists Sales Associates with the management and implementation of customer communication plans for large TM implementations, sales related projects and TM issue alerts.
• Enters provided data into standard Treasury Management Agreements.
• Prints, collates, packages and distributes materials for customer presentations.
• Administer the TM SharePoint site.
• Order office supplies and marketing materials. Arranges for equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facility, order and reconcile catering orders.
• Organizes and maintains customer files, and files correspondence and other records.
• Complies with all applicable federal and state regulations.
• “LIVE” the Bank’s Mission Statement and “PRACTICE” the Bank’s Corporate Strategy.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of related experience in banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree or some college degree preferred. Basic knowledge of Treasury Management Products preferred.
Competencies
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expected to obtain thorough knowledge of TM products within 6 months to be able to provide resolution for Treasury Management issues to customers, Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking Associates.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
