SUMMARY
A Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with HR Managers and hiring managers to find and select top talent who provide the best fit to work with IBERIABANK Corporation and its subsidiaries and provide an exceptional recruitment experience for everyone involved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with HR Managers and hiring managers to provide an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Find and select top talent who provide the best fit to work with IBERIABANK Corporation and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure consistency in recruitment efforts.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with HR Managers and hiring managers.
• Fully utilize our applicant tracking system and track candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Capture and report recruiting costs and efforts.
• Prepare correspondence and job advertisements.
• Identify, organize, and attend university and other local career fairs and recruiting events.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws in all aspects of recruitment.
• Assist with all Human Resources as needed including special projects, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Assist with the bank’s Affirmative Action Plan and other required reporting.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a sense of urgency and self-motivation, communicate professionally, demonstrate fiscal conservation, travel overnight, and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS
Microsoft Office suite, social media recruiting, and application tracking system experience needed.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc)
