Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for independently managing multiple client implementations of our reporting performance management (RPM) products (i.e. visual dashboard product(s) and dynamic user stories) while ensuring elevated levels of product quality, integrity, availability and security. To accomplish this task, this role with partner and lead a collection of developers to meet all tasks pertinent to each client implementation, including but not limited to requirement gathering, testing and product training.
This implementation lead will leverage the utilization of business intelligence applications such as PowerBI to drive automation of analytics and insight generation for all client implementations, while ensuring proper training and client user experience needs are met. Incumbents in this role communicate the business value of the RPM product offerings, foster the goal of product use and articulate the significance of insight generation to the client.

Job Responsibilities:
Team Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for the reporting performance management (RMP) implementation, ensuring that our visualization and user story development resources are aligned to deliver on our commitments to our external customer
• Lead a small team of developers in a variety of efforts and initiatives to support and execute against reporting performance management requirements for our external facing clients
◦ Prioritizes work and key business decisions impacting solution scope of work based on business value and risk mitigation
◦ Work with CU leadership to gather business requirements and determine ROI and value at stake
◦ Finalize business solution scope of work and features as they relate to RPM product offerings
◦ Ability to translate CU existing reports into existing RPM product suite and identify gaps where applicable
◦ Document and execute CU business requirements as they pertain to RPM product offerings (i.e. dashboard visualizations and user stories)
◦ Perform testing duties to ensure data and product quality standards
• Provide CU feedback back to internal RPM product team to enable improvements, enhancements, next generation visuals, etc.
Collaboration
• Collaborates with PM/Tech Lead to design implementation plan based on business solution requirements
• Works and collaborates with Tech/Analytic leads to tune parameters to meet business needs around data accessibility and validation
• Define and document implementation requirements in collaboration with:
◦ AEA Sales Specialist/Account Manager
◦ Sales Executive & Account Consultant
◦ Business Solution Consultant/Delivery Services
◦ Technology Leads (Data & Network)
◦ Execution Services
◦ Client Strategy
Client Interaction
• Lead discussion with CU on following aspects:
◦ Conduct visualization workshop
◦ Content of solution deliverables
◦ Actionable insights and informing decisions based on visualization suite
◦ Ensures visualization utilization
• Deeply understands CU business and IT landscape
• Provide PowerBI users and business users visualization training
Technical / Analytical
• Serve as a contact for business intelligence application questions throughout the enterprise as they relate to their capabilities, related processes, and potential automation.
• Champion relevant data to appropriate users in an organization, and monitor the published data sources for usage/relevance/quality feedback.
• Research and recommend emerging data and data visualization solutions.
• Consult and recommend strategies resulting from analytical work.
• Perform data quality audits; identify data collection issues and gaps.
• Perform analytics across various channels to drive the identification of new insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners on key performance assumptions and project out key metrics.
• Provide testing functionality for development team to ensure data/product quality
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or Analytics field.
• 5+ years of directly related analytics experience
• Experience accessing and analyzing enterprise data warehouses and relational databases
• Experience working with a variety of analytic tools
• Experience with reporting and BI tools
• Experience with MS SQL
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Proven teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive, results driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver unique analytical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and become proficient with new and emerging technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
