Description: As an Online Banking Representative, you will be part of FirstBank’s primary channel for customer interaction in a call center environment. These knowledgeable representatives perform similar duties as tellers, personal bankers, and new account representatives all over the phone. This role makes FirstBank as accessible as possible 7 days a week. Flexible schedules are available and additional pay may apply to individuals bilingual in Spanish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Frontline customer contact without being in a branch location.
• Assisting customers in an inbound call center via phone.
• Help with customer needs with a focus on our Online/Mobile solutions including, bill payment research, and technical troubleshooting.
• Learning and knowledge about various aspects of other centralized departments (Fraud, Centralized Accounts and Loans, and Telephone Wires).
• Fast-paced environment with new daily challenges.
• May include one weekend day to start, schedules negotiable based upon candidate and department needs.
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An individual in this position:
• Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
• Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
• Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
• Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
• Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
