Description
The Work Flow Coordinator is responsible for administrative and support functions for the customer research and subpoena summons processing teams.
• Being able to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Achieve, support and maintain personal and team targets, goals and objectives
• Demonstrate professional communication skills (both written and verbal) in dealing with colleagues and customers
• Ownership of time sensitive processes and procedures.
• Requires strong customer service and communication skills as well the ability to work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment in support of team target, goals, and objectives.
• Reading and understanding of various legal directives (i.e. subpoenas, summons, and authorizations)
• Application of various procedures and knowledge of the business unit’s products and applications; adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong customer service skills
• Solid ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
• Experience with PC skills and MS Office
• Capacity to work independently
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
Preferred Experience
• Experience with financial services industry and banking operations preferred
• Knowledge of Bank/department computer applications and systems preferred
• Experience with legal jargon and communication is a plus
Education
High school graduate
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
