Description
As a Vendor Assessment Regulatory Review Analyst at Citizens Bank, you’ll enjoy engagement with senior leaders across the organization and great travel opportunities. We’ll rely on you to support reviews of processes implemented by third parties to comply with various bank regulations.
Within the wider team, you’ll act both divisionally and cross-divisionally, reviewing material risks and concerns and contributing to a consolidated picture of business as usual. In addition, you’ll add value by identifying risk issues and recommending best practice solutions.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Performing testing to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of third party vendor controls and compliance management programs
• Building positive relationships with business partners
• Translating regulatory compliance risks and communicating effectively to business partners within the organization
• Assisting in preparing reports and gaining agreement on potential findings
• Applying experience in audit and regulatory frameworks including applying guidance outlined in various regulator (i.e. CFPB, OCC, FDIC) exam manuals
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
• Current experience in regulatory compliance risk, audit or assurance role, and a general understanding of audit and risk
• Experience and ability to work with senior leadership
• Experience gathering information from a range of different sources and in a number of different ways
• Demonstrated well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Experience planning, organizing and prioritizing workloads
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to travel (10 - 15% travel may be required) Chosen candidate may occasionally work remote from home when not on business travel.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Possession or actively pursuit of one of the following certifications – CRCM, CIA, CRMA (preferred)

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
