Job Description
Visa's Digital Solutions Integration team is responsible for integrating Visa's issuer, merchant and partner clients with Visa's digital products including, but not limited to, Visa Token Service and Visa Checkout. The Digital Solutions Integration team consists of client-facing integration managers that manage many concurrent integration projects across different client types (e.g. merchants, gateways, social/ecommerce platforms) and product implementation use cases (e.g. Visa Checkout, tokenization, ecommerce payments, IoT, Connected Car). The Client Integration Program Manager will be accountable for managing individual client-facing projects end-to-end, from Sales to Kickoff to Launch. This role may also be asked to coordinate across integration managers to facilitate overall progress towards larger team and/or program-level goals, and ensure that the program objectives are met on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
• Support Visa Digital Solutions commercial rollouts, including Visa Token Service (VTS) and Visa Checkout
• Accountable for individual client-facing integration projects, working on multiple concurrent projects that may span multiple different client types and product use cases.
• Project manage integration activities across multiple individual team leads working on a variety of client engagements in different geographies and project phases.
• Facilitate between US and regional teams on common program activities
• Executive level communication skills, written and verbal
• High attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skillsets a must.
• Must be a self-starter.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required in computer/electrical engineering or computer science, or equivalent technology expertise and acumen acquired through work experience.
• Requires a minimum of 5+ years in client-facing professional services and/or project/program management.
• Payments industry knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and articulate fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in an organization
• Independent decision making required on daily basis with minimal oversight from senior members of staff
• Complex and varied workload, required to support multiple ongoing implementations and processes
• Advanced planning, organizational and problem solving skills
