Kearney has an exciting opportunity for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Senior Analyst to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This position will serve as a key member on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team and interact with other Integrated Processing Teams (IPT’s) in support of federal audit readiness efforts and/or Federal financial statement audits. The successful candidate will support with providing P2P related business development assistance, assisting project teams through agreed upon phases of the DEAMS ERP project governance, requirements definition, customization, testing and training. Candidate will also develop and support applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, and points of view related to the DEAMS solution. Other responsibilities include:
Required Skills:
• Support requirement analysis, development, implementation, sustainment, and enhancement of functional modules
• Develop and execute test scripts during system acceptance, integration testing, and Post Production Support (PPS) patch releases
• Provide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reported problems
• Review functional and technical design documents
• Review and provide assurances that all general ledger requirements are met within the Oracle system
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and provide Oracle training, as required
• Analyze and ensure resolution of resolve open Serena Help Desk Tickets
• Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior/middle management
• Participate in DEAMS process improvement workshops identifying gaps and providing solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area is required (from an accredited college/university)
• A minimum of 3.5 years of related work experience is required
• Experience interpreting and enforcing DoD and Air Force regulations, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of Air Force financial management legacy systems such as the Standard Base Supply System, the Air Force Equipment Management System, and the Standard Material Accounting System a plus
• Knowledge of AF Legacy Accounts Payable events and transactions a plus
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel as part of the DEAMS program as required
• Candidate must possess ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship is Required)
