Project Manager – Corporate/Bancorp Services Program
Work location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Zions Bancorporation is now accepting applications for our Project Manager position. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to lead Corporate/Bancorp Services Program assigned projects through successful planning, execution, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and implementation of assigned projects
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams including external vendors to ensure project completion to Scope, Time, and Budget requirements
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, pass audit requirements, and meet customer expectations
• Effectively communicate ongoing project health with key stakeholders, business leaders, and executives
• Create and track budgets, key project milestones, project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
• Assess project risks and issues, identify contingency and resolution actions, document and track plans to minimize impact to the project and business delivery
• Deliver successfully on projects for Enterprise Risk Management, the Legal Department, Human Resources, and other Corporate areas as defined
• Work in a fast-paced environment anticipating, creating, and managing change
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
• 2+ years experience in project management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and change management practices and techniques
• 2+ years experience in financial services industry
• Experience and working knowledge in Risk Management a plus
• Working knowledge of project management, typically for a specific department, including methodology, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management
• Experience in solution identification and assessment, vendor selection, and creation of business and financial case
• Must have solid leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues
• Ability to meet deadlines, schedules and budgeted costs
• Solid negotiation and facilitation abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to champion individual and project needs
• Knowledge of departmental specific processes, computer applications or other project related knowledge
