Description
The Strategy PMO will formalize a Testing and Release Management group to assist the existing business and technology groups in supporting the planned increase in project volume in 2018 across GBWM, Unify and Aladdin. The group will focus on the following:
• Release and test planning to identify appropriate scheduling of activities
• Maintain portfolio release schedule and milestone tracking
• Monitor and facilitate key testing and release management activities through to completion to ensure process deadlines are being met
• Facilitate defect management monitoring and resolution
• Identification and tracking of critical risks and issues through to resolution
• Development of standardized processes and reporting at program and portfolio levels

• Open Defect Summary Report
• Open Defect Detailed Report
The Vice President in the TRM Group will:
• Work with TRM stakeholder groups to drive and manage completion of required activities to meet on time delivery of releases
• Manage and oversee TRM activities for programs (e.g. Unify, GBWM) as well as TRM functions (e.g. release planning, test coordination, defect management)
• Assist with coordination and management of TRM Group resources
• Develop and maintain TRM reporting to provide transparency to stakeholders on status and progress of release and testing plans and activities
• Develop and maintain RAID log to capture and monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of release
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across the business and technology teams to drive successful project execution
• Develop in-depth knowledge of MSWM testing and release management processes and tools to help identify potential accelerators and / or issues that could impact successful release activities
