JOB DESCRIPTION
The Non-Standard Sales Analyst's role, is provide consultancy service to both our customers and sales teams across all product and business lines; specializing in Non-Standard Sales. They will work closely with CSA/Policy and Compliance teams on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the CSA/Policy and Compliance team to analyze and interpret source mandates and policies and identify operational impacts
• Work with Product on new initiatives and ensure that source policies are appropriately considered
• Prepare accurate and detailed user reference materials and design corporate policies. Perform regular updates as needed
• Offer consultancy during the pre-sales process, advising on the minimum criteria required to enter into partnerships (Software Partner, Service Facilitator, White-Label relationships etc.)
• Ensure each Non-Standard sale goes through the prescribed workflow. Liaise directly with sources in order to obtain the necessary approvals for each Non-Standard customer
• Regularly review existing clients and solutions as part of a compliance program
• Work with Legal to ensure Non-Standard customer agreements meet the requirements imposed by ICE Data Services and the sources
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, working in a similar capacity
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint. Visio preferred
• Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures and controls
• Experience in a consumer financial environment preferred
• High attention to detail and drive to deliver excellence in every task
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple and competing tasks to meet imposed deadlines.
• Ability to identify information needs, gather, analyze and interpret the relevant data and information and make appropriate recommendations
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Should be able to present compliance related topics to large groups including internal senior management
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment
• Understanding of the products offered by the business and a familiarity with the processes used to deliver them
