Geller provides world-class finance, accounting and strategic outsourced solutions to CFO’s and other senior-level financial decision makers.
Finance Intern
Geller and Company seeks highly motivated, team-oriented and flexible students to work within an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a part-time, year-long opportunity.
You will take ownership of:
• Assisting with monthly financial statement review and analysis
• Supporting various reporting and analysis activities, including:
◦ Assisting with month end close process, reconcile intercompany balances, and provide insight into business results and update variance analysis for headcount, revenue, and expense reports
◦ Supporting weekly sales and pipeline reporting
◦ Assisting with monthly updates to sponsored events P&L
• Assisting in preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and related presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis and other requests for internal and external client teams
◦ Assisting with revenue ad-hoc analysis and prepare SREP performance charts
We expect you to have:
• Current student status with an expected graduation date of May 2019 or later ; pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above
• Available to work up to 24 hours a week; immediate availability required
• Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
