Director, Post Sales Support Mastercrad Track
Overview
• Operating worldwide, the MasterCard Enterprise Partnership (MEP) team leverages MasterCard’s assets to open up new business in non-traditional sectors.
• The MEP team partners with industry leading organizations to orchestrate new value, drive new solutions, or effect new partnerships better serve end-customers, markets and ecosystems.
• The non-card, business-to-business (‘B2B’) payments space represents a significant new opportunity for Mastercard; credit card-based payments amount to less than 1% of the value of payments made between businesses. If MasterCard is to deliver new value in this space, it needs to think big and out of the box to win the trust of end customers.
• The MEP team has been developing partnerships, a platform vision and an approach to address historic pain points in this market, as well as to create new value delivery opportunity at multiple levels – in ways that go beyond mere payment.
• The MEP team requires a Project Manager to work within the Program Management Office (PMO) and coordinate the onboarding activities for networks, buyers and suppliers that would onboard the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) launch as well as ongoing production implementations on the new B2B platform. The PMO will be comprised of representatives from Mastercard, its strategic partner, third party business networks, software and solution providers, B2B-related banking and financial institution relationships, and others in order to orchestrate a value proposition that resonates with corporate buyers and corporate suppliers.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, and coordinating the onboarding activities for networks, buyers and their business suppliers onto a B2B platform for Mastercard’s network offering. Activities may include but not limited to, analysis of supplier or counter party communities, developing outreach campaigns and documentation, developing and managing project plans and creating internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Have you ever worked in a scrappy start-up environment to bring a product to market on a global scale?
• Does delivering on a big vision from the ground up excite you?
• Do you like to think big, ask hard questions and work with others who share the same passion to do big stuff that matters?
