Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of institutional marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Models production standards and maintains adherence to key internal customer service procedures. Assists manager with special projects and resolves potential issues in a proactive, professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares, revises and maintains marketing materials in support of the institutional business, including but not limited to performance communications, corporate and product updates, sales presentations, and client reviews
• Effectively gathers, organizes and manages data use
• Works with various internal groups to manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Facilitates project management through use of corporate workflow (JTRAC) and repository (Microsoft Sharepoint) programs
• Assists team by obtaining and compiling key information, and researching and resolving potential issues
• Maintains records retention standards of completed marketing materials and other required information
• Interacts effectively with all internal business partners, including but not limited to Compliance, Graphics, Fulfillment
• Works in partnership with Intermediary Marketing, Non-U.S. Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure content and best practices are leveraged across all channels
• Manages ad hoc presentations for high-level meetings including finals presentations and client meetings as assigned
• Partners with Institutional business partners on marketing collateral content and formatting ideas
• Proactively enhances own knowledge of investment industry and asset management business, institutional business and sales processes as well as assigned product suite
Other Functions
Completes additional ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
• Experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry required
• Performance analysis experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Series 6 required within 12 months of hire
Ongoing competence in the role to be assessed by:
• Annual Performance Appraisal
• Completion of all assigned Compliance training
Working Environment/Physical Activities
• Overtime may be required on short notice and may include weekend, evening, holiday hours
Typical office environment with equipment such as PC, telephone, copier, fax machine, etc.
