Position Summary
TheLearning and Development department is actively seeking anHR Intern who under close supervision, will work with our Learning Culture Strategy team for the summer. Initiatives include the 2018 Learning Symposium, marketing of Skillsoft applications, the field education coordinator project, and researching for The Insitutes.
Other qualifications include:
• Strong communication, office computer, and software skills related to e-learning development
• Familiarity with the use of graphic and web design concepts and strong editing/proof-reading skills
• Students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Business or Industrial Psychology are preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives.
Conducts research and gathers information and assists in creating presentations as required.
Analyzes data and reports findings.
Verifies and enters data into appropriate system, and updates electronic files.
Provides clerical and administrative support as needed.
Completes special projects as required.

Qualifications
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
