Job Summary
The Manager Account Technology role is a critical part of the account management team. The Manager Account Technology manages the overall client- and account-specific technology platform that enables efficient global service delivery. Acting as liaison between IT and the JLL account management team, the Manager Account Technology ensures that IT and business strategies are aligned and that the account has the technology needed to deliver quality service to the client globally.

• Act as primary point of contact for account team
• Develop and manage relationships with key global technology stakeholders on the account team and the client team
• Maintain thorough knowledge of account service delivery processes and related business functions
• Partner with account team to help navigate IT administration and processes
• Work with IT transition and product teams to transfer knowledge at the close of transition and new implementation projects

Strategy & Planning
• Partner with account leadership team to define global IT strategy and manage alignment with account development and global service delivery strategy
• Maintain thorough knowledge of JLL technology on the account and all real estate and facility related client technology

• Create initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work for client and account team.
• Document business needs and identify appropriate technology solutions
• Define and document business and functional requirements and assist in defining technical requirements

• BS – RE, FM or Technology related curriculum

Physical work requirements and work conditions
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
