Cheetah Digital has recently built a best-in-class marketing technology stack and we’re looking for a smart, motivated, and analytically-minded person to join our as our Marketing Operations Analyst. Cheetah Digital’s Marketing Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Marketing team and establish the foundation on which all marketing performance reporting is built—including data modeling, reporting on performance, optimization for efficiency, and ROI measurement. You will eat, sleep and breathe data to help scale our efforts through both technical execution and thoughtful data analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Take ownership of marketing and funnel data, performing QA when needed, implementing policies and procedures to produce better data, and diving into the Salesforce database when needed to solve problems
● Participate in the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards which help run the marketing business
● Maintain consistent reporting cadences across a group of marketing stakeholders and use our data to succinctly communicate performance, areas for improvement, and shared success
● Help create presentations that will effectively communicate marketing performance
● Continually look for opportunities to optimize marketing tactics and strategies to gain improvements in marketing performance and specifically efficiency
● Manage key automations and campaigns within the marketing automation platform, coordinating with marketing leaders in each global region on ideation, setup, testing, deployment, and reporting
● Help to develop a marketing calendar that will support key marketing strategies and the standard project management process used for getting work done across the globe
● Maintain the marketing database (via Pardot) including data imports and clean up, list segmentation, subscription management and reporting
● Work closely with Sales Operations to maximize effectiveness of the joint sales and marketing process
● Track ROI and efficiencies of marketing programs
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
● 2-4 years of previous Marketing Analyst experience (technology background preferred)
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
● Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment -- juggling many priorities and duties
● Experience with Salesforce.com, marketing automation platforms (Pardot a plus), Google Analytics, and other B2B marketing software
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
● Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
● Experience in telling a story with complex data sets
● Passionate knowledge of marketing concepts, methods, and techniques
● Expert attention to detail, objective problem-solving attitude, and a hunger to learn

● Leverage Best Practices - Ensure core digital marketing and project management processes are being adhered to with attention to resources, timing and budgets
● Communication - excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills specifically in front of executive-level audiences
● Organizational and project management skills essential; be comfortable with and excel at managing multiple projects of varying scale and tight timelines at once

● BA/BS., MBA preferred
